The sun was blowing its heatwaves and light to the academy yet again - and causing some creatures to be very irritated and annoyed by the flies, who seemed to enjoy the summer heat. The black stallion, a Freisan, screamed in anger and thrashed his front hooves down onto the soil of the pasture in fury and galloped around the perimeter of the pasture, head held high, tail up and flicking his muscular rump. His large dial shook violently to rid of the pesty flies that buzzed around his dark brown, almost black, orbs. He curled his lip, stomped the soil, and sped off again around the pasture. As well as being annoyed by the flies, he could smell the mares close by. One of them was in season and it was driving Manson crazy.
Jake was standing there by the gate, watching his stallion run around like a lunitic. He sighed and shook his head before rattling a bucket - hearing the snack, Manson immediatly changed course and thundered towards the gate, coming to a direct halt and baring his pearls as Jake climbed over it. Manson walked backwards, circling Jake like a hound, before appraoching him and barging him out the way. Jake stumbled but did not fall over. Taking a deep breath and he over the bucket and folded his arms. Not until tou show some manners you brute! he spoke, his tone deep and slow.
Manson snorted, pinning his ears back and shaking his head before pracning around and kicking out. He stopped and looked at Jake who hadnt budged. Well to be honest, Mason wasnt going to be running around just to have some food, and Jake was obviously not affected by his hyper behaviour, so the stallion stopped and lowered his head and sighed, makng his lip move and snot come from his nostrils. He cautiously approached Jake, outstretching his neck and moving his lip to try and get the bucket and drag it towards him, but Jake held onto it. Manson snorted again and took two steps forward, and then another two steps before burying his head in the bucket and devouring the litte snack - meanwhile, Jake quickly sprayed his poll, mane, girth, withers, dock and neck with fly repellent spray.
As soon as Manson was finished, he sped off to the back of the pasture Not even a thank you Jake sighed picking up the bucket and walking back out onto the yard.

Wind brushed the sides of her face and the hide of his frame as she walked him out into the open. Out of the barn and along the pathway leading to a pasture that was to be his. Soft snorts escaped with the wind as he inhaled the scents around. Tail wrapped around his hocks as he tossed his head and attempted to prance forward. But at the sound of her voice he automatically responded with returning to a walk and lowering his head, but only slightly. "Stop." It was threatening as she spoke, but she was highly pleased by his reaction. For a stallion he knew how to behave, with her at least. Fox was a gentle boy, but he had his moments. Since his birth she had worked with him, trained him all her own. He knew her and trusted her to completely. Responding to the tone differences of her voice. He knew he was not supposed to do stuff like that. Her voice reminded him of it, and he responded.
Tail swished along his side as he strode along to the right of her, his pride returning as he highered his head at the sight of another scene before him. She noticed the obvious change in his attitude and stoped to look. He stood, staring for a second before dropping his head to graze at the grass by him. she held the lead but let him graze as she watched the other. The black stallion was magnificent, beautiful and hyped. A freisan, most definentaly, it was obvious. The guy that was holding the bucket was doing very well with the beast dancing around him. He seemed to know what he was doing, that was a good sign. Watching as the stallion seemed to come around and the guy got a good time to spray him down with something, perhaps fly spray or something.
Breeze tickled her cheeks as she glanced towards Fox grazing for a second. Reaching down to fix his halter. The stud chain had fallen down into the grass slightly and off his nose. Unclipping the lead from the chain she attatched directly to the halter. Taking the chain off completely and placing it around her neck. Clipping it together as if it was a necklace. It was easier then carrying it, that was for sure. And Fox didn't need it techincally, she just did that just incase, but he didn't really need it. Turning her head she watched another stallion in the pasture to the opposite side of the black's going crazy. Screaming, bucking, running, rearing. Nutcase, for sure. That was a four year old for you. Her head turning back to the magnificent stallion in the other pasture. Taking off again, seeing the guy walk out she smiled her typical smile. Letting Fox continued to graze.

Jake watched Manson before vanishing down the yard to see to Rebel. Meanwhile, the brute in the field stopped and looked around to see if anyone was watching. The yard seemed clear of humans, and the animal was about to begin grazing, that is until he looked over and caught the scent of another equine. He saw the beast and then the girl - and as if by magic he began prancing around again and bucking his hind legs up, flying up to an almost vertical rear and galloping around. You could almost hear him laughing and shouting out "Look at me! Im so special! Look! Im magnificant and almighty! Look at me everyone!.
He was a fine creature no doubt, but his ego was bigger than his head. Running at such a speed, he sometime did not look ahead and see the obsticles, such as a fence or barell of water. So when he eventually did spot them at last second, he would look like a right fool and skid to a halt, bringing his back legs under his belly and doing the most funniest jump to avoid being crushed under his own weight. Evetually he came to his senses and stopped, right infront of the girl. He seemed a gentle soul, just standing there puffing like a tank after his extreme show off to her. His ears twitched as the sounds of the yard reached them - the tractors, the cars, the horses, the dogs, the people, the birds, the doors, the equipment - all the sounds that made life like paridise - obviously to some people; those who loved the outdoors and found that far more interesting than sitting at inside wasting the sun and the fresh air.

The wind blew against her as she held the lead of her stallion as he grazed. Hand reaching up to tuck a stray bang behind her ear and back in its place as she was about to walk off and put Fox away in his paddock. That was until the magnificant black beast in the opposite field started with his actions again. Smile lit her features as she watched the beast run and play. It was most evident that he was egotistic, but who had he to blame? He was gorgeous and most definentaly worth it. Fox's head shot up again at the commotion, standing, puffing gently as he let out his own scream to the other. This couldn't be the greatest thing in the world, but she would manage. "Stop..." Her voice was quiet as she glared towards her boy. He seemed to relax as he went completely back to grazing, the wind brushing as she watched the beast run.
Her face held some horror as he ran straight for the fence. Was he even watching where he was going? Hand reached up to cover her open mouth slightly. Watching as he tucked his legs under him and cleared it, barely. Now she was just laughing lightly as he landed and halted right infront of her. A gust of wind coming from his abrupt halt. Eyes wide at first thinking he wouldn't stop, but he did. Good. Smile on her face as she laughed at him. Fox jumping up from his happily grazing and pawing. Snorting at the other stallion and threatening him. Tugging on his lead he got the picture and stoped, but didn't drop his head to graze. Instead he just stood, staring. She gently reached out a hand towards the big black beast's nose. Aiming to stroke it gently if he wouldn't run this time. Her hand gentle as she murmered to him gently. "Hey boy..." It was quiet and gentle as it was calm. She wasn't afraid, quite enthused actually. She looked around as he had no halter, and wondered where the guy that had been with him before had gone off to.
